Multinational Logistics and Allied Services Limited is in a technical partnership with PETROLIS S.A. (PETROLIS), a company established under the laws of Switzerland. PETROLIS is a technical assistance company which is engaged in the business of providing highly specialised Oil Industry operational staff, with a major focus on the offshore sector of the industry, to the Oil and Gas producing Companies and Contractors in various parts of the world. PETROLIS provides in particular diving, ROV and survey teams, FPSO installation and hook up personnel, marine crew (riggers, deck foremen), rope access teams, supervisors and technicians.

Offshore Consulting & Supervision (OCS), a company established under the Law of France is also another company with whom Multinational Logistics and Allied Services Limited has a technical partnership. OCS is a technical assistance company which is engaged in the business of providing highly specialised Oil Industry supervisory or engineering staff, with a major focus on the offshore sector of the industry, to the Oil and Gas producing Companies and Contractors in various parts of the world. OCS mainly focuses on the Exploration and Production sector of the industry and provides particular consultants involved in subsea engineering and offshore operations. OCS and PETROLIS are part of the same group of companies. The combined experience of the management teams of MLAS (Benjamin N. Chibo, Chinelo Egbuna and Philippe de La Jousseliniere) on one side and PETROLIS and OCS (Vincent Chirie and Thierry Copros) on the other side will allow to provide services of the highest quality to the Oil & Gas Companies and Contractors operating in Nigeria. |
