Mr. Benjamin Ndubuisi Chibo attended the Rivers State University of Science and technology where he obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Accounting. He has over a decade of diversified working experience spanning across management, administration and accounting, particularly in the Oil services industry sub sector. His greatest asset remains his solid background knowledge of Oil and Gas and catering industries, as evidenced by a great part of his working experiences acquired in the catering and the Oil & Gas Industries. He has worked previously at Imo Concorde Hotel, a five star hotel located at Owerri, the Imo state capital; C.I.R Nigeria Limited, a multinational company and Globe star engineering an Oil and Gas servicing company, amongst others. He therefore has the management and technical capabilities to manage the company.

 

Mrs. Chinelo Yvonne Egbuna (LL.B) has a Law degree from the Prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She is a seasoned lawyer and administrator. She has over 19 years experience in the practice, she is an astute administrator, having served at various at various times as company secretary/legal adviser to several high profile companies amongst them are; Globestar engineering Co. Nigeria limited, Stolt Comex Seaway Nigeria limited. She is currently the company secretary/legal adviser of these companies; Pelagic Nigeria L.T.D, Z.N.M Nigeria L.T.D, Globestar engineering CO. Nigeria L.T.D.

MRS Egbuna has the experience and capability to drive the goals and vision of the company.

 

 

Dr.Chudi M.U Egbunike has a PHD on Mineral Recourses Engineering & Mineral Finance from the prestigious Imperial College, London a foremost institute of higher learning United Kingdom (U.K) ,he has a wealth of practical knowledge and verse experience in the oil and gas sector. Dr .Chudi has over 25years experience in project Economics, Planning and Management, Non-Destructive Evaluation, equipment Failure Analysis, Inspection Planning, Materials, Corrosion Control & Monitoring. His core competencies lie in the different sectors listed below;

Specialist Asset Integrity management, Factory Acceptance Test, project QA/QC, Risk based Inspection, Quality Engineering and Third Party Inspection, Specialist Ship Surveyor and Wreck Removal Expert, Specialist Consultant- International Vocational Qualification Development, Implementation and Institutionalization, Dr. Chudi is also a specialized technical auditor for these areas-Productivity, Cost saving and Loss prevention covering-production, maintenance,energy,general safety, skill and multi-skill, space utilization, works quality, stock control of engineering items, plant and machines condition audits, certified inspector for pressure vessels, piping and pipelines,extentive work in fitness-for-service(FFS) assessment of piping, pipelines & vessels, Hot Tapping and Valve Installation Specialist, experienced leader of process hazard analysis(PHA).He has been involved in the training, qualification and certification of NDE,Fabrication and Welding Personnel; establishment of written practices in accordance with SNT-TC-1A;establishment of NDE procedures for RT,UT,MT and PT in accordance with ASME code. He is the current Chairman, Examinations Board-Nigeria Institute of Welding; Vice Chairman, National Accreditation Board-Nigeria Institute of Welding and Member, Welding Safety Committee-Nigeria Institute of Welding.

He is steering the company in the right direction through the application of his extensive experience in the industry.
